Sir Gregory Winter is Master of Trinity College, Cambridge and a Fellow of the Royal Society. He is best known for his research and inventions relating to therapeutic antibodies made at the Medical Research Council’s Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge.
Sir Gregory has founded three biotech companies based on his inventions: Cambridge Antibody Technology in 1989 (bought by AstraZeneca), Domantis in 2000 (bought by GSK) and Bicycle Therapeutics in 2009. He spends any spare time landscaping and planting his country property and moat.
