Undo’s core technology is like a ‘black box’ which allows software code to be recorded and then to be rewound and replayed to find the source of any problems.
It is proven to reduce debugging time from weeks to minutes, allowing developers to respond quickly to customer critical bugs, increase their productivity and meet their development deadlines.
Undo was founded by Greg Law and Julian Smith, who decided to create a better debugging tool than those that had frustrated them for many years.
Undo sells its advanced debugging tools directly and through select partnerships. Its technology is currently used by over 1,000 developers, particularly within EDA (electronic design automation) and financial industries. Customers include Cadence Design Systems and Mentor Graphics.
UndoDB can also be found in Rogue Wave's TotalView debugging suite and in ARM's DS-5 development studio from version 5.16.
